Smartcare

Rayne Early Childhood Program utilizes Smartcare software for billing and payments.
You may use this portal to:

​• make online tuition payments
​• pay fees and dues
• resolve outstanding fees
• retrieve tuition statements and tax statements

Please note that tuition is due the 1st of each month.
​Tuition not received by the 5th of the current month could jeopardize your child's enrollment.
